RODNEY IS A RUDE MAN!!!

I tried to contact Rodney for a charity event I was participating in Walk for a Cure for Juvenile Diabetes, I have a very close connection with this disease my daughter was diagnosed with it right after her first Birthday. I called Rodney because I was having tee-shirts made for our walking team and I wanted to advertise local businesses on our shirts. I tried contacting Rodney at 11:00am and was told I could get him at the Cherry Creek location, I called that location the employee told me to call Rodney at 6:00pm, which I did. I started to explain why I was calling and right in the middle of it he yelled "WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME IN THE EVENING THIS IS A RESTAURANT"!! I tried to explain that his employee told me to call him at that time. He told me I should have called that morning, which I explained I did try to. I apologized and he slammed the phone down! I understand that at a restaurant it is very busy at dinner time but I just did what I was told. All he had to say was this is not a good time can you call me at another time? That would be the professional way to handle it. I have owned my own business before and let me tell you that is no way to treat people if you want their business. I have eaten at Rodneys before (Castle Pines and Cherry Creek) but stopped eating at the Castle PInes location after being told by a chef that had worked there before that the kitchen was filthy! RODNEY YOU ARE A RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, PATHETIC MAN AND YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING AROUND THE PUBLIC!!! I would like to thank the local businesses in the Castle Rock area who supported a great cause. And to the other businesses who couldn't donate, I thank you for being professional and considerate when I called you after all, that is what a small community is all about. Don't worry Rodney, in the future I won't be contacting you for support for a good cause, I will be contacting businesses that actually have class!!
